ABC can arrange accommodation at homestay or private apartments in Buenos Aires:

HOMESTAY - PRIVATE ROOM: US$ 195 a week. 
WITH BREAKFAST AND DINNER INCLUDED      

All host families are carefully selected by our school and are located in the best boroughs of Buenos Aires. We recommend this option of accommodation as being the most comfortable and also the best way to keep practicing Spanish outside the classroom. The families who work with ABC have been carefully selected by our team and live so close to our school. They receive international students frequently, and they will know how to take you in with a friendly and warm treatment from your very first day.

All students are accommodated in single rooms. If you are a couple, we also offer double rooms.

- With breakfast:
private room (one student): US$ 195 a week.
- With breakfast and dinner included:
You can add the dinner at home for only US$10 per dinner. You can arrange it directly with your host family.

We offer the best apartments of Buenos Aires at the best price! Private apartments for 1, 2 or 3 persons (if you come alone you do not have to share the apartment). You can book the apartment only paying a deposit of 30% (remaining amount can be paid at the apartment).

All our apartments are fully equipped with, Cable TV, Wireless Internet, WiFi, Fitness machines with Solarium and Swimming Pool, kitchens Fully equipped, microwave oven, all cutlery, Complete Bathroom and toilette, Hairdrier, Telephone, Iron and iron table, Air conditioned - Heated System, Maid doing the cleaning and laundry of sheets, towels, etc, once a week, Balcony facing the street, Clock, music setm security Box, Security at the lobby.

Fully furnished, all linen and towels included, maid service once a week, Cable TV, microwave, full kitchen and bathroom. We own all these apartments, we do not work with real state agents. We have a person 24 hours a day in our apartments. This is very important because you always will find a person of our staff once you arrive and on your departure date. And for any problem you may have you always can inform us in the lobby of the building, so we can solve any problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round.

All apartments have the same characteristics. The only difference: some apartments have one separate bedroom (for 2 or 3 persons) and other apartments are studio.bedroom apartments (for 1 or 2 persons). If you come alone you do not have to share your apartment.

.- from 24 up to 27 nights : US$ 42 per night.
.- 28 nights or more : US$ 37 per night.
---1 BEDROOM APARTMENT ( for 2/3 persons ):
.- from 7 up to 14 nights : US$ 63 per night.
.- from 15 up to 23 nights : US$ 56 per night.
.- from 24 up to 27 nights : US$ 51 per night.
.- 28 nights or more : US$ 45 per night.

To book your apartment you just need to pay a reservation amount of 30% of the total amount of your stay. The remaining amount (70%) can be paid directly on your arrival date at the apartment.

You can book the apartment for single days (the price is the same weekly price, but divided by 7). You can choose the arrival date and the departure date, year-round.

The demand for these apartments is always high, so early reservations are necessary.

If you have a credit card WE DO NOT REQUIRE A GUARANTEE DEPOSIT ! We will copy your card numbers and if there is something broken at the end of your stay we will charge the credit card accordingly. If you do not have a credit card you can leave a guarantee deposit at the apartment, that will be reimbursed once the stay has finished. If there are damages, the tenant must pay them in accordance with the cost set forth in the inventory.

Our apartments are located in the heart of the city, only 10 blocks from the Obelisk, walking distance to the school.
